We take the protection of personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of data protection laws (DSGVO, TKG, MedienG, ECG, UGB). The collected data are protected by technical and organizational measures to the best of our ability. Personal data is only processed internally. There is no transfer to third parties. Exceptions to this apply only in the case of medical or legal obligation, or if you have expressly consented to such disclosure.

This statement is intended to give you an overview of how we ensure this protection and what type of data is collected for what purpose.

2. Connection and runtime data

For the early detection of errors, for the optimization of our homepages or for the measurement and evaluation of our communication campaigns, technical information about the browser / connection is automatically stored in the server log when calling our websites, including browser type / version, operating system, IP address of the computer, Connection identification, linking origin page (referrer URL) and date / time.

These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources (for example, any registration data, see 3. Notifiable services) is not performed. The data will be cleared according to the specified procedure in the Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. The data collection and storage can be objected to at any time with future effect. In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the anonymizeIp extension and therefore IP addresses are only shortened to avoid direct personal relationships.

3. Notifiable services

If you wish to use the personalized (partially paid) offers and services offered on the Website (such as newsletters, registration for our information events), we must collect additional information from you in order to properly provide these services to you.

This includes your name, your e-mail address and other information (eg place of residence, telephone number). Only with this information is it possible for us to verify that you are the legitimate owner of a given email address (to prevent improper registrations), to send email messages, to register for events, or to provide properly invoiced services.

7. Remarketing/Retargeting (e.g. Google Display Network)

Cookies), which makes it possible to recognize the visitor on other pages, and to present his information (including advertisements) on topics relevant to him.

Google claims to collect no personal information during this process. 8. Objection to the (further) data processing and use

Furthermore, the objection to further use of the data means that you may not be able to obtain further services or that the provision of our services will be discontinued immediately. Your personal data will be deleted in this context and will not be kept in our inventory.

9. Job Applications

Only the data that you make available to us for the purpose of your application will be processed. This data will only be used to process your application and will therefore only be passed on internally and only to the people involved in filling the vacancy. If you exercise the right to deletion, restriction of processing or objection during the application process, this will result in the immediate termination of processing. If your application is not successful, your application documents will be deleted or destroyed after the rejection has been sent.
