Privacy Policy
1. General
We take the protection of personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of data protection laws (DSGVO, TKG, MedienG, ECG, UGB). The collected data are protected by technical and organizational measures to the best of our ability. Personal data is only processed internally. There is no transfer to third parties. Exceptions to this apply only in the case of medical or legal obligation, or if you have expressly consented to such disclosure.
This statement is intended to give you an overview of how we ensure this protection and what type of data is collected for what purpose.
2. Connection and runtime data
For the early detection of errors, for the optimization of our homepages or for the measurement and evaluation of our communication campaigns, technical information about the browser / connection is automatically stored in the server log when calling our websites, including browser type / version, operating system, IP address of the computer, Connection identification, linking origin page (referrer URL) and date / time.
These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources (for example, any registration data, see 3. Notifiable services) is not performed. The data will be cleared according to the specified procedure in the Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. The data collection and storage can be objected to at any time with future effect. In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the anonymizeIp extension and therefore IP addresses are only shortened to avoid direct personal relationships.
3. Notifiable services
If you wish to use the personalized (partially paid) offers and services offered on the Website (such as newsletters, registration for our information events), we must collect additional information from you in order to properly provide these services to you.
This includes your name, your e-mail address and other information (eg place of residence, telephone number). Only with this information is it possible for us to verify that you are the legitimate owner of a given email address (to prevent improper registrations), to send email messages, to register for events, or to provide properly invoiced services.
Depending on the particular service, you may provide us with further information (eg age, personal messages) in the context of registrations / applications on a voluntary basis (for example, via corresponding form fields). This information helps us to simplify and accelerate processes in communication with you or for the provision of our services, and we use them to tailor our treatment offerings, to provide further information and tips and to maintain contact.
This additional information (e.g., email address) is usually personal data, or data that enables the identification of your identity. A transfer to third parties does not take place (see 1. General).
Basically, however, the general use of the non-restricted areas / services on our websites does not require such disclosure of your identity.
